Happy Birthday Card Making Craft Project

Supplies Needed:

Cardstock & coordinating patterned papers
Paper trimmer
Scissors
Tape runner or glue stick
Xyron Machine or spray adhesive
Paper flowers
Brads
Clear tag
Raffia ribbon

Here's how to make this handmade happy birthday card:

Step 1: Cut an A-2 card from cardstock (5 ½ x 8 ½”). Score in half and fold.

Step 2: Cut a coordinating piece of patterned paper to 4”x 5 ¼” and adhere to front of card.

Step 3: Cut a 2” square of white cardstock and natural raffia ribbon.  Adhere raffia to cardstock utilizing spray adhesive or a Xyron machine.  Before adhering the square to the card, attach Happy Birthday tag with a brad to the lower right hand corner.

Step 4: Glue square with tag to card.

Step 5: Cut (4) ¼” x 3 ½” pieces of coordinating cardstock.  Snip ends of each piece at 45 degree angles.

Step 6: Attach pieces around outer edges of square using tape runner or glue stick.

Step 7: Add colored brads to center of flowers.

Step 8: Attach flowers to card using glue dots.

Proudly give your "one of a kind" birthday card to someone special!
